Job Description
CMS IT Services is looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage retail IT operations across multiple client locations. The role involves leading field support teams, ensuring SLA compliance, managing escalations, and delivering high-quality IT services while acting as the primary customer point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Cluster Engineers and Field Engineers.
- Act as the primary SPOC for customer operations.
- Drive SLA/KPI performance and ensure service quality.
- Handle escalations, critical incidents, and service delivery.
- Prepare service reports and support resource planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for seamless operations.
