Key Responsibilities:1. Develop relationships with Company representatives to identify job opportunities. Perform aggressive calling to connect with them. Build relationships with the Company representativesand extract relevant openings from them for our learners.2. Drives placement growth by identifying market opportunities, and forging strategic partnership.3. Opportunity to earn 10k + incentives per month upon achieval of allocated target.4. Nurturing relationships with newly acquired clients to ensure successful on boarding and satisfaction. Managing existing accounts to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling,and securing referrals.5. Coordinate the placement process from initial contact with the company to final job offer for our graduates through extensive follow ups with the respective person.6. Make the graduates from different fields to prepare them for job interviews, including resume reviews and mock interviews. Coordinate with Branch in arranging the dives, bootcamps forstudents as per the job opening.7. Conduct open drives, build various types of partnership solutions along with companies (B2B).8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and job market demands to ensure graduates are prepared for the workforce9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.10.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and graduates with aggressive followups to them of approx 150 callings per day.Preferred Qualifications:● Very Strong Communication skills & Active Listening● Proactive & Smart● Experience in job placement in higher education or Sales & Negotiation● Adaptability & Strategic Thinking● Knowledge of the job market● Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job posting platforms
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
