Cuatro Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer with 10+ years of professional experience to lead the company's Learning & Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee performance, sales effectiveness, leadership capabilities, and overall organizational productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Support teams.
- Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Develop product knowledge, sales techniques, soft skills, leadership, and behavioral training modules.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis and collaborate with department heads.
- Create training manuals, presentations, SOPs, assessments, and learning materials.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, KPIs, and employee feedback.
- Coach and mentor managers and team leaders to improve team performance.
- Develop annual training calendars and maintain training records and MIS reports.
- Ensure continuous learning culture across the organization.
- Monitor employee productivity improvements after training interventions.
- Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry best practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
