Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and enquiries through digital, field, and referral channels
- Identify potential customers, industries, and business opportunities
- Support sales closures through follow-ups, proposals, and presentations
- Manage LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and basic digital promotions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
- Build and maintain customer and channel partner relationships
- Maintain lead data and prepare MIS reports
Skills Required
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Strong in generating new leads and business opportunities
- 3-5 years of experience in reputed HR Consultancy / Solutions
- Experience in B2B marketing / lead generation
- Comfortable with field work + office work
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
