Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Nurse with 10+ years of experience in patient care and/or critical care settings. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, a thorough understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care while coordinating effectively with doctors, caregivers, and family members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and monitor patients' health conditions.
- Assess patients and promptly identify changes requiring medical attention.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
- Monitor vital signs and ensure timely reporting of abnormalities.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Handle critical care patients and provide appropriate support when required.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and family members regarding patient status and treatment plans.
- Understand and interpret medical terminology, prescriptions, reports, and treatment protocols effectively.
- Manage medical equipment and ensure its proper usage and maintenance.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
- 10+ years of experience in Patient Care, ICU, Critical Care, or related nursing domains.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
- Experience in handling elderly, chronic, or critically ill patients will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively in emergency situations.

- Experience in hospital-based patient care or critical care settings.

- Strong coordination and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, if required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
