About the Role
Are you a target-driven recruiter who loves the excitement of filling roles? As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive the entire hiring lifecycle—from the initial search to the final handshake. If you are highly organized, competitive, and know how to use modern sourcing channels to find top-tier talent, you will fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Find Talent: Proactively search for and attract high-quality candidates across multiple domains, including Sales, IT, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
- Master Job Portals: Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and WorkIndia to build a strong pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Screen Candidates: Conduct initial phone screening and interviews to evaluate candidates on their skills, stability, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
- Manage Interviews: Coordinate schedules between short-listed candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for everyone.
- Track Progress: Maintain absolute data hygiene by updating the recruitment database (Excel/HRMS) daily, tracking candidates from the first call to onboarding.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1.5 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Skills: Strong understanding of job portal search strings (Boolean search) and excellent screening skills.
- Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Joining: Candidates who can join immediately or within 15–30 days are highly preferred.
Pay: ₹10,092.56 - ₹42,450.70 per month
