Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (CSE) to handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and messages professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow up with customers regarding their requests and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Experience in customer support will be an added advantage.
