Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to teach students from Classes I to VII. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a love for teaching, and the ability to create an engaging and positive learning environment that fosters language development and literary appreciation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective English lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Develop students' communication and comprehension abilities.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain student records, progress reports, and assessment data.
- Encourage creative writing, storytelling, public speaking, and reading habits.
- Use innovative teaching methods, educational technology, and interactive activities.
- Manage classroom discipline and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in primary/middle school.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technologies.

Salary
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
