We are seeking a experienced , motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying/selling properties, and closing deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, site visits, and networking
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential/commercial properties
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings
- Maintain a database of available properties and clients
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
- Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure
- Coordinate with builders, owners, and legal teams when required
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 2- 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local real estate market
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
