Key Responsibilities
- Quotation & Documentation
- Prepare quotations and compile technical documentation for techno-commercial bids.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of proposals as per customer requirements.
- Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with design, development, and testing teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams for technical clarifications.
- Customer Engagement
- Support field sales representatives in understanding customer requirements.
- Participate in communications with clients to provide technical inputs and solutions.
- Market Development
- Explore and analyze new segments and opportunities for existing products under the guidance of the sales team.
- Contribute to strategies for market penetration and business growth.
- Sales Support Activities
- Assist field sales in organizing and executing seminars, presentations, and customer meetings.
- Accompany sales teams during client visits to provide technical and application support.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering (or related field), MBA - International Business.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales support.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of preparing technical bids and understanding of industrial products.
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and willing to travel when required.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
