Role Overview
The FMS Engineer will handle daily L1/L1.5 IT support operations, including OS installation, system troubleshooting, printer/scanner support, and basic network issue resolution. The role includes supporting end-users, performing routine IT checks, and coordinating with backend teams for escalations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
- Proficiency in Windows installation, system formatting, and software setup.
- Strong skills in handling desktop, laptop, and hardware issues.
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches, firewall, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle printers/scanners and conduct preventive maintenance.
- Good ticketing skills and IT documentation habits.
- Strong communication and ability to operate independently at client sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
