We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Caller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with potential customers, and generating leads or conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Explain services/products clearly and effectively
- Generate leads and follow up regularly
- Maintain call records and update CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Confident and convincing personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
