Cybersecurity Trainer
Job Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Cybersecurity Trainer to train and mentor students and professionals in cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience in cybersecurity domains, and excellent communication skills to deliver engaging and practical training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on cybersecurity concepts, tools, and industry practices.
- Design and prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and lab exercises.
- Train candidates on topics including:
- Cybersecurity Fundamentals
- Network Security
- Ethical Hacking
- Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
- Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
- Incident Response
- Cloud Security
- Web Application Security
- OWASP Top 10
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations, lab sessions, and real-world cybersecurity projects.
- Evaluate candidate performance and provide continuous mentorship and support.
- Guide students in interview preparation and career development.
- Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance curriculum quality and learning outcomes.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity fundamentals and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as:
- Wireshark
- Nmap
- Burp Suite
- Metasploit
- Kali Linux
- Nessus
- Splunk (Preferred)
- Good knowledge of:
- Ethical Hacking
- VAPT
- SOC Operations
- Incident Response
- Network Security
- Firewalls
- Security Protocols
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to conduct both online and classroom training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as:
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- CompTIA Security+
- CISSP
- CCNA Security
- CHFI
Experience
- 2+ Years of Training or Industry Experience in Cybersecurity.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting corporate training programs is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
