About the Role
Magnifico Resins is a fast-growing company looking for an Contractor Network Coordinator to build and manage our contractor ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who has worked with contractors or labour teams before and knows how to get things done on the ground.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain a ready pool of qualified epoxy flooring contractors
- Recruit, screen, and evaluate new contractors based on skill and reliability
- Handle end-to-end onboarding - verification, contract signing, and safety documentation
- Negotiate rates and finalize agreements with contractors
- Deploy contractors based on project requirements and timelines
- Track on-site performance and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage contractor relationships and keep top performers engaged and retained
Who We're Looking For
- 1 - 3 years of experience in contractor management, labour coordination, or a similar field
- Prior exposure to construction, flooring, or site execution is a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple contractors simultaneously
- Street-smart, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling documentation and onboarding processes
