Operations Manager – US Night Shift (International Process)
Location: Ambala Cantt, Haryana (Work from Office)
Shift: US Night Shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our US-based calling process. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing international voice teams, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the calling team.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and overall team performance.
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and implement process improvements.
- Mentor team members, resolve operational issues, and ensure policy compliance.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in International Voice Process (US process preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in permanent US night shifts.
