Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Manager for the Immigration Industry. The candidate should have strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and team management within an immigration or consultancy environment. The ideal candidate must possess leadership qualities and the ability to handle end-to-end HR functions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR operations and recruitment activities for the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
- Handle bulk hiring and strategic recruitment for immigration sales and operations teams.
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment agreements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum [2+ / 7+] years of HR experience in the Immigration Industry
- Prior experience in managing HR teams is mandatory
- Strong understanding of recruitment for immigration sales and operations profiles
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
