Designation: - Assembly supervisor/ Engineer Assembly / GET - Assembly
Role in the JJEPL: - - To achieve consistent Assembly, Testing & SCN Target in stipulated time by best possible utilization of allowable resources & produce good quality zero defects products
Responsibilities: -
1. Achieve billing target for year 2026-27- as per weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly
2. Delivery date on time to be maintain as per Assembly. Testing ,SCN master plan
3. Coordinate with other Teams & pulling the items require for 2nd ph & achieving the desired goal
4. Guide the team for preparing scheduling of assembly. testing, painting & achieve weekly team assembly target
5. Monitor the assembly manpower & minimizing the assembly, testing execution time by 20%
6. Participate in design review meeting & given feedback to design department
7. Arranging training to sub ordinate & team with the help of HR & improve the skill of subordinate
8. Delegating the task to subordinate so departmental activity should not be disturb in absence
9. Continual improvement procedure to be implemented for minimizing frequency of leakage in testing
10. Monitor the absenteeism with the help of HR & system to implemented for minimizing the absenteeism
11. Maintain Housekeeping, discipline & cleanliness in department
12. Guide & train the team for departmental KPI performance improvement
13. Effective implementation of safety rules & material handling, movement
14. Rework & rejection control system with CAPA to be effectively implemented
Education - B. E. / B. Tech Mechanical
Experience - 2-3 years in relevant field
