Indoor Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated Indoor Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and support the sales process from the office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations, offers, and follow up with customers.
- Convert inquiries into orders through regular communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and accounts teams for order processing.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales orders.
- Follow up on payments, pending approvals, and delivery status.
- Support sales reporting and office coordination activities.
- Ensure timely response to customer queries and complaints.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales coordination and customer handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Experience in industrial or technical sales will be an advantage.
Preferred Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in inside sales, tele sales, or sales coordination.
- Confident, organized, and target-oriented.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
