NetSuite Developer

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated NetSuite Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of NetSuite’s technical architecture and development tools, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions.

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Education: B.Sc., BCA, MCA, B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology or related field

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze requirements from clients and internal teams.
Conduct feasibility analysis and finalize technical use cases.
Provide effort estimations and design optimized, scalable solutions.
Develop, test, and document customizations using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0.
Create reports, saved searches, workflows, and dashboards using SuiteBuilder.
Ensure code quality and adherence to established development standards.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication.
Lead project teams, enforce best practices, and ensure timely delivery.
Stay up to date with new features and capabilities in NetSuite.
Train team members on new technologies and processes as needed.

Technical Skills Required

Strong foundational knowledge of NetSuite
Experience in SuiteScript 1.0 and SuiteScript 2.0
Proficiency in Core and Advanced Java/.NET or C++
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Familiarity with SOAP/XML, JSON, HTML, JavaScript
Strong command over SQL (MS SQL/Oracle)

Modules Worked On

Must Have:
- Order to Cash
- Procure to Pay
- Inventory and Advanced Inventory Management
Preferred:
- Revenue Recognition
- WMS / Manufacturing

Required Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Fast learner with a strong willingness to adapt to new technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to assess feasibility and offer innovative solutions
Highly organized with effective planning skills
Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines

Location: Hybrid (IST + UK Time Zones)
