HR Intern is an entry-level or temporary role designed to help students and recent graduates gain practical experience. They primarily support the Human Resources department by assisting with recruitment, onboarding new hires, maintaining employee databases, and handling various administrative duties.Core Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Hiring. Job Postings: Draft and publish job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and internal career pages.Resume Screening: Review initial applications and screen candidates to ensure they meet basic requirements.Interview Coordination: Schedule candidate interviews, manage calendars, and communicate with prospective hires.2. Onboarding & Documentation Database Maintenance: Update internal HR databases and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) with new employee records and contact details.New Hire Orientation: Help coordinate onboarding processes, including assembling welcome packets and orienting new employees to company facilities.Document Management: Track, scan, and securely file employment forms, background checks, and compliance documents.3. Employee Engagement & Administration Payroll Support: Gather basic payroll data such as leaves, timecards, and banking details.Employee Queries: Assist employees with general HR questions regarding benefits, vacation days, or company policies.Event Planning: Coordinate internal company events, team-building activities, and career days.Key Requirements & Qualifications Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
