Purpose of the Role
To manage and maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure including laptops, desktops, network systems, and ERP support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across plant and office locations.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals, system maintenance and updates.
Network Management: Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers and ensure uptime and security.
ERP Support: Provide first-level support for ERP systems and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
IT Operations: Handle day-to-day user issues, backups, data security, and asset management.
IT Setup Handling: Experience in managing complete IT setup including infrastructure, procurement, vendors, and IT processes.
Plant Support: Ensure IT availability and minimal downtime for manufacturing/shop-floor operations.
Key Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 3–4 years in IT system administration, manufacturing experience (Add-on).
Technical Skills: Desktop support, networking, ERP handling, basic server management.
Behavioural Skills: Problem-solving, independent working ability, strong communication.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹44,889.59 per month
