We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly professional Creative Coordinator to support our Founder and elevate our studio’s operations. This dynamic role sits at the intersection of executive administration, client relations, and brand storytelling. You will act as the gatekeeper of time, a key ambassador to clients, and a creative bridge to our social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage the Founder’s calendar, daily workflow prioritization.
Client Relations: Act as a primary, confident point of contact for clients, communicating with polished professionalism.
Content & Brand Coordination: Capture real-time, behind-the-scenes content (site visits, studio moments, travel) and collaborate with our external agency to manage the Founder’s LinkedIn and brand presence.
Proactive & Autonomous: Exceptionally organized; anticipates needs and takes initiative without micro-management.
Polished Communicator: Possesses mature verbal and written communication skills (equivalent to an experienced professional, not a fresher).
Creative Eye: Has a natural knack for visual storytelling and content capture.
Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, and creative setting.
