Job Summary
Akanksha Tengo Official is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide administrative, organizational, and coordination support. The candidate will assist in managing schedules, event-related communications, meetings, and daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and official communications.
Coordinate with artists, dancers, models, clients, and event partners.
Assist in planning and organizing events and promotional activities.
Maintain records, documents, and reports.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics when required.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Support social media and basic office coordination work.
Requirements
Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English preferred).
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience as a Personal Assistant, Coordinator, or Office Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
