Job Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Language Trainer to enhance students' English communication skills and workplace readiness. The ideal candidate will conduct engaging training sessions in spoken English, grammar, soft skills, personality development, and interview preparation, helping students become confident professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct spoken English, grammar, and communication training sessions.
- Deliver soft skills, personality development, and interview preparation programs.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback and mentoring.
- Conduct mock interviews, presentations, and group discussion activities.
- Prepare training materials and maintain student performance records.
- Support students in improving workplace communication and employability skills.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of grammar, pronunciation, and soft skills training.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor students.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, IELTS Training, or Soft Skills Training will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong communication and training experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience in English language training, spoken English coaching, soft skills training, communication training, or placement training.
- Experience in educational institutions, training centers, colleges, or skill development programs is preferred.
