Concepts Design Studio is a well-established Architectural and Interior Design firm with over 17 years of experience. We have completed projects across Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. We are currently looking for a skilled Architectural Designer /Draftsman to join our team.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI in Architectural Drafting or Civil Drafting
- AutoCAD certification is preferred
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Freshers with strong drafting skills may also apply
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting mandatory)
- Understanding of architectural drawings such as plans, elevations, and sections
- Knowledge of working drawings and construction details
- Basic understanding of local building rules and standards
- Ability to work accurately as per architect’s instructions
- Good coordination and time management skills
- Knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skill
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Develop working and construction drawings for site execution
- Revise drawings based on design and site changes
- Coordinate with architects and project team for drawing updates
- Prepare drawings for approvals and site use
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
- Support the design team with drafting and detailing work
