We are looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to act as the bridge between our bakery kitchen and our customers. You will manage custom orders from first enquiry to final delivery, ensuring every client feels heard and every cake, pastry, or catering order leaves the kitchen exactly as promised.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or F&B (bakery/café experience preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — accuracy on order specs is critical
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and standing for periods of time
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, messaging apps, and POS/order-management software (Pet Pooja).
Flexibility to work weekends and peak seasons (festivals, holidays, wedding season)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
