Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and skilled Solar Technician to handle complete solar system installation works including panel mounting, wiring, inverter connection, testing, and commissioning.
The candidate should be capable of independently completing rooftop solar installations safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of solar panels on rooftop structures
- Module mounting structure fitting
- DC and AC wiring works
- Inverter installation and connection
- Earthing and lightning protection works
- Cable laying and conduit work
- Testing and commissioning of solar systems
- Ensure proper safety practices during installation
Qualification
- ITI Electrician / Wireman / Diploma Electrical preferred
Experience
- 1–3 years rooftop solar installation experience preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Physically fit for site work
- Willing to travel for installations
- Responsible and disciplined
- Ability to complete installations within timelines
