Business Development Officer (BDO)
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Research market trends and competitor activities
- Develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution
- Achieve sales and business development targets
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of market research and client management
- Target-driven and proactive approach
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
