Telecalling Team Leader
International Outbound Sales | US Shift

Shift Timing: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Working Days: 6 Days Working | Fixed Tuesday Off
About the Role
Quick Web Solutions is hiring an experienced Telecalling Team Leader to manage and drive performance of our international outbound telesales team on the US shift. We are looking for a confident leader who leads from the front and delivers consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of outbound telesales executives
- Monitor KPIs — call volume, lead conversion, and quality adherence
- Set targets, conduct briefings, and provide regular performance feedback
- Handle escalations and submit daily performance reports to management
- Ensure team compliance with calling scripts and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an international outbound Team Leader role
- Excellent English communication and people management skills
- Comfortable working night shifts (10 PM – 7 AM) on a 6-day schedule
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and call management systems
Salary & Benefits
- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
