UX Designer
We're looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You'll collaborate with Product Managers, UI Designers, Developers, and stakeholders to transform user needs and business goals into seamless product experiences.

Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create intuitive information architecture and user journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across products.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing UX design process and case studies.
