Job Title : Network Engineer – L1 & L2
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: IT Infrastructure / Network Operations
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. IT / Computer Science or Related Field
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor routers, switches, access points & firewalls
- Handle basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting and network support
- Support VPN and end-user connectivity issues
- Coordinate with vendors for network-related activities
- Assist in cabling, patching & network labelling
- Maintain network documentation and records
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing & switching
- Familiarity with Cisco / Meraki devices
- Understanding of troubleshooting tools (Ping, Traceroute, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- CCNP certification preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow / ManageEngine
- Basic understanding of firewall & VPN concepts
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
