Experience -Manager - Investor Protection Fund (IPF) (No of positions - 1):
Skills Preferred:
- Candidate should be graduate in Finance and having minimum 3-4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting operations.
- Should be aware of statuary compliances applicable to the Investor Protection Fund (IPF).
- Should have Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Communication Skills and be a good team player
- Should be a knowledge seeker hungry to keep oneself up to date
- Should have a balanced personality with a good bend of patience and hunger
- Should be relationship oriented with good inter-personal skills
- Should have considerable skills in office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.
Job Description:
- Verification of day-to-day accounting including vendor payments
- Investment of surplus fund as per Investment Policy approved by the Trustees, monthly yield analysis and tracking of investment limits
- Review of Internal Controls and policy designed for smooth functioning of IPF
- Preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures for expenses pertaining to investor awareness activities
- Compliance of Regulations, Circular, rules etc. applicable to IPF
- Compliance of Regulations, Circular, rules etc. applicable to IPF
- Managing the Banking functions
- Submission of Data for SEBI
- Preparation of Financial statements, co-ordination with Auditors and submission of the same to Charity Commissioner
- Compliance of Income Tax act i.e. filing of Income Tax return, TDS return, lower deduction certificate, renewal of exemption certificate etc.
- Preparation of Budget and submission to Charity Commissioner
- Preparation of agenda notes for trustee meetings
- Any other task as assigned
