About the Role
Nestcon Shelters is seeking a proactive and execution-focused Finishing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day finishing activities at project sites. The role involves supervising finishing works, coordinating with contractors and engineers, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of all finishing activities in residential and villa projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong on-site execution experience with attention to quality, timelines, and workmanship standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision & Execution
● Supervise daily finishing activities at site as per drawings and project schedules.
● Monitor execution of:
○ Flooring & tiling works
○ Painting & putty works
○ False ceiling works
○ Waterproofing works
○ Joinery & carpentry
○ Aluminium, glass, and façade works
○ Internal and external finishing activities
● Ensure work is carried out safely and as per approved specifications.
● Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for smooth workflow execution.
2. Quality Monitoring
● Inspect ongoing finishing works and ensure quality standards are maintained.
● Identify defects, snags, and workmanship issues and ensure timely rectification.
● Verify material usage and workmanship as per approved samples.
● Support QA/QC inspections, maintain finishing checklists and snag-lists.
3. Contractor & Workforce Coordination
● Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site labor teams.
● Monitor manpower productivity and daily work output.
● Ensure adequate workforce deployment for timely completion.
● Coordinate with stores and purchase teams for material availability at site.
4. Progress Tracking & Reporting
● Maintain daily progress updates and site activity records.
● Report site issues, delays, and execution challenges to the Finishing Engineer/Project Manager.
● Assist in achieving project milestones and handover targets.
● Support customer snag rectification and possession activities.
Key Skills Required
● Strong understanding of finishing execution processes
● Knowledge of residential finishing materials and applications

Software & Technical Knowledge
● Basic AutoCAD drawing understanding
● MS Excel and reporting basics
● Site measurement and material tracking knowledge
Educational Qualification
● Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant construction field
Preferred Candidate Profile
● Experience in apartment or villa projects preferred
● Ability to manage multiple finishing activities simultaneously
● Strong practical execution and coordination skills
● Quality-conscious and deadline-oriented professional
● Willingness to work on-site and handle daily execution challenges

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
