Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecalling / Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, explaining courses, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into admissions through calls and direct counselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to students and parents.
- Explain course details, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Manage daily call targets and admission targets.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, and schedules.
- Coordinate with the admission and marketing team.
- Support students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-based environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong telecalling and counselling skills preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
- Positive attitude and confidence in communication.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
