We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching students at the primary level, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the intellectual and social development of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.
- Assess, record, and report on the development and progress of students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom while encouraging participation and creativity.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership for student development.
- Organize and participate in school activities, events, and co-curricular programs.
Qualifications (as per CBSE norms):
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
- B.Ed. or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) .
- CTET or State TET qualified teachers will be given preference.
- Proficiency in teaching in English medium is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
