- MBBS with BLS and ACLS certification, 3+ years in critical care and emergency medicine
- Manage OPD treatment, emergency response, health protocols, risk mitigation, and compliance
- ssist CMO to plan medical monitoring and oversee analysis of medical data and ensure appropriate proactive and reactive measures.
- Ensure implementation of Reliance corporate medical policy and standards.
- Assist CMO to plan & organize OH programs #CASHe, OH Sub-committee, Awareness Programs.
- Anticipate and identify Medical and OH/IH risks and assist CMO to develop and execute risk mitigation plans.
- Adjudge fitness post injury/ sickness and preemployment health checks to be done as per organizational requirements.
- Assist CMO in review of the Medical Budget.
- Attend all training sessions as and when required as per organizational guidelines.
- A proactive approach to all new health initiatives at different locations of the work premises.
- Implement safety, infection control and emergency policy and procedure at all locations.
- Must play a major role in getting quality accreditations of all the OHCs.
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, policies and procedures and standards of quality and safety.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
