School Principal – Job Description
The School Principal is responsible for the overall academic, administrative, and operational management of the school. The role involves providing leadership to staff, ensuring high-quality education, maintaining student discipline and welfare, managing resources, and fostering a positive learning environment that supports student achievement and school growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and academic performance.
- Supervise, support, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure student safety, discipline, and well-being.
- Manage school operations, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Implement educational policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the community.
- Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s in Education or a related field.
- B.ED Mandatory
- Relevant teaching and school leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of educational standards, policies, and best practices.
Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
