Key Responsibilities

Work as the ETH Switch Architect within the Platform department, contributing to the development of Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS)

Drive strategic direction for platform-relevant Ethernet Switch components and activities

Understand ETH Switch requirements and provide technical direction to ECU development teams
-
Participate in ECU integration discussions and provide inputs for ETH Switch integration topics
-
Orchestrate Ethernet Switch design decisions across different feature verticals to ensure consistency, robustness, and scalability
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
-
Provide architectural recommendations and solutions aligned with overall platform strategy

Qualifications - External
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline

Additional certifications (if any): [e.g., AUTOSAR stack training, Embedded Systems certifications]
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Experience working on Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS) related projects

Familiarity with Daimler-specific tools and processes

Experience in platform-level architecture in large automotive ECU environments

Exposure to international R&D collaborations and distributed engineering teams
