- Download and receive Reimbursement (RI) claim documents from the system using assigned barcodes and batch numbers.
- Check and enter hospital details, patient names, and dates of admission and discharge into the portal.
- Match claims to the correct Medi Assist ID and tag them as Main, Pre, or Post-hospitalization claims.
- Update the total claimed amounts in the portal based on the physical documents submitted.
- Find and link the correct Hospital ID in the database, or create a new one if it is missing.
- Answer internal team emails about claim issues and process urgent corporate claims from soft copies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
