We're Hiring: Aptitude Trainer
Are you passionate about helping students develop the analytical and problem-solving skills required to succeed in competitive placements and corporate careers? We are looking for experienced and engaging Aptitude Trainers to deliver high-impact training programs that enhance students' quantitative, logical, and reasoning abilities while preparing them for recruitment assessments.
As an Aptitude Trainer, you will play a key role in equipping students with the aptitude and analytical skills necessary to excel in campus placements, competitive examinations, and professional environments through structured learning and practical application.
Key Responsibilities
● Deliver interactive classroom sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
● Train students for campus recruitment assessments, placement aptitude tests, and other employability examinations.
● Conduct concept-based and application-oriented sessions covering topics such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, number systems, percentages, profit & loss, time & work, time-speed-distance, probability, permutations & combinations, logical puzzles, seating arrangements, coding-decoding, blood relations, syllogisms, and verbal reasoning.
● Design and facilitate practice sessions, mock tests, quizzes, and problem-solving workshops to strengthen analytical thinking and speed.
● Utilize our Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver content, assign assessments, monitor learner progress, and evaluate performance.
● Assess student learning outcomes and provide personalized feedback to improve performance.
● Maintain attendance, assessment records, performance reports, and training documentation as required.
● Collaborate with academic and program teams to continuously improve curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Management, or a related discipline.
● Proven experience in training college students or young professionals in aptitude, logical reasoning, and placement preparation.
● Strong command over quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning concepts.
● Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
● Familiarity with digital learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
● Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students through activity-based, outcome-driven learning.
Preferred Skills
● Experience in campus employability and placement training programs.
● Knowledge of aptitude assessments conducted by leading recruiters such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, Capgemini, Deloitte, and other corporate organizations.
● Ability to design mock aptitude assessments and analyze student performance.
● Strong mentoring and coaching skills with a passion for developing future professionals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
