About Kaaikani
Kaaikani is a growing e-commerce platform focused on making fresh fruits and vegetables easily accessible to customers through technology-driven ordering and doorstep delivery. We are expanding our business operations and looking for an energetic Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team in Coimbatore.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate
- 0- 1 Years of Experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact confidently with customers and businesses
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers, businesses, and partners.
- Generate new business leads through field visits and direct interactions.
- Promote Kaaikani products and services.
- Explain Kaaikani's business offerings and benefits to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and market research.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and daily field activities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Perform other business development activities assigned by the management.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives
Petrol Allowance: Provided as per company policy

Skills We Are Looking For
- Good Tamil communication skills; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
