Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations who will manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, compliance, engagement initiatives, and HR data management while ensuring statutory compliance as per Haryana government norms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, promotions & transfers
- Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration & leave management
- Maintain HRIS and generate reports on attrition, headcount & HR metrics
- Resolve employee queries related to policies, payroll & benefits
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, LWF, tax regulations, challans)
- Support performance appraisals, feedback cycles & training programs
- Plan & execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs
- Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of HR operations & labor law compliance
- Experienced in PIP , Absconding and Termination cases.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving & multitasking skills
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail
- Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
