Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and motivated graduates to join our Educational Institute as Marketing Executives. The role involves promoting the institute's courses, generating student enrollments, conducting field marketing activities, and building relationships with prospective students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits in assigned areas to promote the institute and its courses.
- Meet prospective students, parents, and working professionals to explain course offerings and career benefits.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, referrals, and area coverage activities.
- Perform telecalling and follow-up activities with interested candidates.
- Convert inquiries and leads into student enrollments.
- Maintain daily records of visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Build and maintain a strong network within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Any UG Degree Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with students, parents, and professionals.
- Willingness to travel and perform field marketing activities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in educational marketing, sales, admissions, or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
