A Sales Executive drives revenue growth and expands the client base. They identify new business opportunities, pitch tailored products or services, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
- Client Consultation: Assess client needs and conduct tailored product demonstrations or presentations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Address client concerns, negotiate contracts and pricing, and finalize sales to meet KPIs.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and upselling.
- Reporting: Track all activities and maintain accurate records in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM software and virtual meeting platforms.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
