Key Responsibilities of a Security Guard in a Housing Estate
- Access Control
- Monitor and control entry and exit of residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
- Verify visitor identities and maintain visitor records.
- Issue visitor passes when required.
- Patrolling
- Conduct regular patrols of the housing estate, including common areas, parking lots, gardens, and perimeter boundaries.
- Identify and report any suspicious activities or security risks.
- Property Protection
- Safeguard residential buildings, vehicles, and common property from theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Ensure gates, doors, and security systems are functioning properly.
- Monitoring Security Systems
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
- Respond promptly to security alerts and incidents.
- Emergency Response
- Act quickly during emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, accidents, or security breaches.
- Coordinate with emergency services and assist in evacuation procedures when necessary.
- Resident Assistance
- Provide information and assistance to residents and visitors.
- Help resolve minor disputes and maintain order within the premises.
- Incident Reporting
- Record and report all incidents, accidents, security breaches, and unusual occurrences in the security logbook.
- Prepare daily activity reports for management.
- Traffic and Parking Management
- Regulate vehicle movement within the estate.
- Ensure parking rules are followed and prevent unauthorized parking.
- Housekeeping and Safety Observation
- Report maintenance issues such as broken lights, damaged fences, water leaks, or unsafe conditions.
- Ensure common areas remain safe and secure.
- Maintaining Discipline and Security Standards
- Enforce housing society rules and regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times.
Job Objective
To ensure the safety, security, and well-being of residents, visitors, staff, and property within the housing estate through vigilant monitoring, access control, patrolling, and prompt response to emergencies.
Eligiblity Criteria
1) QUALIFICATION -10 TO 12TH STANDARD
2)AGE LIMIT- Minimum 25-45 Years.
3) Preference will be given to those who has worked in the same industry
4) Freshers are welcome
5) Candidates staying within 40-50km from the site will be given preference.
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹168,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
