Job Title: Accounts & Sales Coordinator

Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial operations, invoicing, or back-office functions.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of invoicing, stock reconciliation, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records accurately in the ERP system.
- Prepare Principal Company Debit Notes and Collection Entries.
- Process IS activities, Sales Invoices, and Customer Collection Entries.
- Perform stock reconciliation and maintain inventory-related records.
- Generate and manage Carex Internal Sales Invoices.
- Verify courier invoices and process claim debit notes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record management as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth commercial and operational activities.
- Prepare reports and support day-to-day commercial operations.
- Ensure timely and error-free processing of invoices, collections, and related transactions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
