Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, engage with prospective Students, and promote our products/services over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build positive Students relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective Students and explain company products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with potential Students and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the Counseling team.
- Maintain accurate records of Student interactions in CRM/software.
- Handle students inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Update Students databases and prepare call reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Education, Study Abroad, EdTech, or Consulting Industry.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
