Roles & Responsibilities:
✔ Marketing bench consultants across various technologies
✔ Working with implementation partners and direct clients
✔ Submitting consultant profiles to client requirements
✔ Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
✔ Rate negotiation and contract closure
✔ Building strong relationships with vendors and consultants
Required Skills:
✅ Strong experience in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing
✅ Good communication and negotiation skills
✅ Strong vendor network and marketing experience
✅ Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
