Tavisa is a premium women’s fashion boutique offering trendy, elegant, and affordable apparel with a strong focus on customer experience and visual merchandising. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Store Incharge to lead our store operations and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Supervise store staff and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure cleanliness, store presentation, and adherence to brand standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the management team regarding stock, promotions, and store performance.
- Support social media promotions by encouraging customer engagement and sharing store updates.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience in fashion retail apparel store management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent selling abilities.
- Experience with POS billing systems and inventory management.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and email).
- Ability to work on weekends and during festive seasons.
- Fluency in Kannada is preferred. Knowledge of English and Hindi is an advantage.
