About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive campaign execution, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong business acumen, project management skills, and a solid understanding of branding, advertising, and integrated marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.

Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable briefs and campaigns.

Lead client meetings, presentations, reviews, and status updates.
Campaign & Project Management

Manage campaigns from brief to execution across digital, social, print, activation, and integrated channels.

Coordinate with Strategy, Creative, Digital, Media, and Production teams to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

Ensure all communication and creative outputs align with brand guidelines.
Strategic & Business Growth

Contribute to campaign planning, ideation, and brand-building initiatives.

Track industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities.

Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling of agency services.

Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and account profitability.
Team Collaboration

Foster effective collaboration across internal teams.

Mentor and support junior team members where required.

Maintain high standards of execution, ownership, and accountability.
Key Requirements

7–10 years of experience in an advertising, branding, digital, or integrated marketing agency.

Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, and campaign management.

Excellent client servicing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.

Commercial understanding of account profitability and business growth.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.

Experience in campaign reporting, budgeting, and project management.
Qualification
MBA / Master’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media & Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
